UPDATED FAQs relating to COVID-19

Are you still operating?

Yes, we are still operating. However we have introduced a restricted service and ensuring social distancing is in action at all times. Only two customers our allowed in our shop at any one time (excluding seating area).


How do I pay for my order? 

You can pay via card payment or cash in store.

Are you offering delivery?

We are no longer offering a delivery service, all collections will be from out shop.

Am I still able to collect?

Yes, I am still offering a contact free collection service. You can visit our shop to purchase any of our items, all orders placed via social media and website will be collected from our shop.

What are you doing to adhere to the official government guidelines?

Although our hygiene and cleanliness procedures have always been stringent, we have also added new measures following government guidelines, we are ensuring the 2 metre rule is in action at all times.

How do I place an order?

To place an order with us please use the 'Book Online' tab. You will be able to select 'Book Now' for a collection slot. Simply choose a Date/Time to suit you, then enter your contact details. You enter your full order in the 'Add your Message' section. Let us know what item(s) you would like to order including flavours etc.


Will I be contacted by the baker once I have booked my collection slot online?

Yes, Georgia will contact you once your booking has been received to confirm your collection date/time, order and total amount.

Where is your shop located?

Our new shop is located at 442 Chepstow Road, Beechwood, NP198JG. Near Beechwood park.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before your chosen collection slot, you must contact us via email or telephone to cancel.

How to I pay for my order?

You are not required to pay any amount via the online booking system, the full amount is to be paid upon collection. Please note it is cash only, we do not have a card machine.

Do you require a deposit?

We only require a deposit of £10 for orders placed during busy periods/occasions - e.g. Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day etc.

Why are the surcharges for certain bases and toppings?

We apply a surcharge to certain bases and premium toppings as they cost us more to purchase than other products/options.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We cater for dietary requirements, recipes can be adapted and certain ingredients used. Please contact us before booking a collection slot to discuss your dietary needs and we will be happy to help.

Will my cheesecake be frozen or fresh?

We never freeze cheesecake as we believe it is not as tasty once frozen. All of our cheesecakes are always fresh, and must be kept refrigerated.

How do I store your cheesecakes?

Cheesecakes must always be kept refrigerated! For optimum taste do not leave cheesecakes out of the fridge for more than one hour before serving.

*DO NOT LEAVE CHEESECAKES IN YOUR CAR TO GO SHOPPING ONCE COLLECTED* We have this alot, please get them to the fridge as soon as possible.

How do I store your brownies?

Store brownies air tight so the air does not dry them out. For optimum taste we recommend not refrigerating brownies.

How long will your cheesecake keep for?

Please consume your cheesecakes within 5-6 days.

How long will your brownies keep for?

Please consume your brownies with 2-3 days

Do your cheesecakes contain gelatine?

None of our cheesecakes are ever made with gelatine! Some toppings may contain gelatine, so please us before booking of any intolerance.

How much notice do we require for an order?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice, but this is depending on diary availability. During certain times of the year ie Easter, Christmas we are extremely busy so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Do you cater for weddings or occasions?

Yes we cater for weddings and all occasions, packages are available. Please email or call us to enquire.

Is it collection only?

Yes, it is collection only for all of our products at the moment. Collection is from the address found on our page - 442 Chepstow Road, Beechwood, NP198JG. 

We do deliver large orders for occasions and weddings, this will be discussed when you enquire, a delivery charge may apply. 

I can't see what I am looking for?

No problem! If you were looking for something in particular which you can not see on our website, we take custom orders/requests. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you!

The cheesecake filling flavour I would like is not listed?

We are able to make any flavour cheesecake, if you can not see your required flavour listed we can still make it for you!

Do you supply to businesses or have a trade menu?

Yes! We do have a trade menu available, please contact us with any trade enquiries.
